Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information OXRA LLC collects through this website, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have — including how to opt out of tracking and how to ask us to delete your data. If anything is unclear, email admin@getoxra.com.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by OXRA LLC ("OXRA," "we," "us," or "our"), the brand behind OXRA laundry detergent sheets. We are the business responsible ("controller") for the personal information described here.

  • Contact: admin@getoxra.com
  • Mailing address: OXRA LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

OXRA products are sold through Amazon. When you click "Buy on Amazon" and complete a purchase, that transaction happens on Amazon and is governed by Amazon's privacy policy, not this one. This policy covers only the information we collect through this website and our launch and marketing email.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Email address — when you enter it in a sign-up, launch-list, or contact form on this site.
  • Messages you send us — if you email us or use a contact form, we receive whatever you choose to include.

Information collected automatically when you visit:

  • Device and usage data — browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address, typically at region or country level. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — including analytics and advertising identifiers set through the tools described in Section 5.

We do not ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, or payment details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children (see Section 10).

3. How we use your information

  • To send launch and marketing emails you have signed up for, and closely related updates.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To measure and understand website traffic, interest and demand so we can improve the site and plan our launch.
  • To run and measure advertising, including retargeting and measuring ad performance on platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain technical operations.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We rely on your consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies, on our legitimate business interests for security and basic analytics, and on legal obligation where the law requires it.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers (processors) who help us operate the site and business under contract — our website host and platform, our email delivery provider, our analytics provider, and our advertising partners. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — through cookies and pixels, certain identifiers and usage data may be shared with partners such as Meta and Google. Under some U.S. state privacy laws this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time (Sections 5 and 8).
  • Legal and safety — if required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of OXRA, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — if OXRA is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Essential — needed to serve the site securely and make it function. These are always on.
  • Analytics — to understand how the site is used. These help us improve the site.
  • Advertising — to deliver and measure ads and retargeting.

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you allow them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" control in the footer, or through your browser settings.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of "sale" and "sharing" and targeted advertising for that browser, and advertising cookies remain off. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.

6. How long we keep it

  • Marketing email: we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for a reasonable period afterward to honor your preferences and for recordkeeping.
  • Analytics and log data: retained by our providers for a limited period in the ordinary course and then deleted or aggregated.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Section 8).

7. Marketing email choices

Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing email promptly. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: our emails identify who they are from, describe their nature, and give you a way to opt out. You can also unsubscribe any time by emailing admin@getoxra.com.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

  • Know or access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Delete — ask us to delete your information.
  • Portability — receive a copy of your information.
  • Opt out — of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights: email admin@getoxra.com from, or naming, the email address you used and tell us what you would like to do. We verify requests using the email address on file and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

U.S. state residents (including California under the CCPA and CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and similar laws): the rights above apply to you. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising cookies may be a "sale" or "sharing" under these laws — you can opt out via GPC, via the cookie preferences control, or by emailing us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and we work with reputable providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take protecting your data seriously.

10. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, or under 13 as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us information, email admin@getoxra.com and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

OXRA operates from the United States, and our providers may process and store data in the U.S. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights, including access, deletion, objection and lodging a complaint with your local supervisory authority; contact us to exercise them.

12. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party sites, including Amazon. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. When you leave our site, this policy no longer applies — please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

13. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated to you directly where appropriate or required by law.

14. Contact us
